On July 19 Deputy First Class Seyfried responded to a residence on Treetop Road in Lexington Park for a report of an assault. Investigation revealed the victim was involved in a verbal dispute with Vicki Marie Curtis, 33 of Lexington Park, which escalated into a physical assault when the Curtis threatened the victim with a knife. The victim exited the residence and Curtis followed.
Curtis pushed the victim causing him to fall from the front porch of the residence. The victim sustained abrasions to his knee and ankle as a result of the fall. Curtis was arrested for second degree assault.
