On Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at 7:08pm, TFC E. J. Page responded to the Park and Ride located in the 29000 block of Three Notch Road in Charlotte Hall for a reported assault. Upon arrival, contact was made with a male complainant, 45, of Mechanicsville who advised he was assaulted by a female subject during an argument. The complainant provided TFC Page with an account of the events leading up to the assault. TFC Page then made contact with a witness and suspect Dana Lee Marconi, 41, of Mechanicsville, who provide an account of the incident. Based on the information provided by all subjects, Ms. Marconi was placed under arrest for Second Degree Assault. Ms. Marconi was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where she was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
