On Jan. 10, at 5:06 p.m., Trooper Lewis responded to the Holiday Inn in Solomons for a reported assault after an argument led to a fight between two men.
Michael A. Haynie, 53 Aledo, TX, was charged with second-degree assault. He was served with a summons at the state police barracks and released.
