Onย June 25, at 1:10 a.m., Tpr. J. Pilkerton was working stationary radar on Great Mills Road, in the area of Forest Run Drive in Lexington Park when Tpr. pilkerton observed two young boys riding bicycles down the middle of Great Mills Road and he heard a loud noise.ย 

It appeared one of the boys threw an object at a freezer sitting in the parking lot at St. Maryโ€™s Golf Center.ย  Tpr. Pilkerton contacted both individuals and identified both of the juveniles and released them.ย  Tpr. Pilkerton returned to the Golf Center and observed a glass door of the freezer shattered.ย  Tpr. Pilkerton returned back to where the juvenile boys advised the lived.ย  Contact was made with them and one of the juvenile boys admitted throwing the stone breaking the glass.ย 

The 14-year-old boy from Lexington Park was charged with malicious destruction of property and released to his mother pending further action by Juvenile Services.
