At 1:20 a.m. on February 4, DFC Richard Wilson responded to Badfish Bar on Charles Street in Solomons Island for the report of a fight between numerous people in the parking lot.
Ronald J. Ball, 22 of Lothian, was subsequently arrested after he became disorderly by yelling obscenities and refusing to leave the area after being instructed to do so by DFC Wilson.
He was charged with disorderly conduct.
