UPDATE 12/29/17 4:16 p.m. – The Calvert County Sheriff’s Office reports that Hardesty Road is now opened.
HUNTINGTOWN, Md. – On December 29 at 2:21 p.m., TheBayNet.com received a report of a barn fire located on Hardesty Road near Kappes Way and Foxfire Lane of Huntingtown.
The road has been shut down by authorities while crews respond to the fire. Drivers in the area are advised to take an alternate route.
