At 1:04 a.m. Nov. 26, TFC K. Lashley responded to the WAWA on Great Mills Road in Lexington Park for a reported Assault.
Upon arrival, contact was made with the female victim, of California whose clothes were ripped and tattered.
The female victim advised she was assaulted at a residence in the 21000 block of Winding Way in Lexington Park.
Contact was later made with the male suspect, of Mechanicsville.
No arrests were made at the scene. Charges are pending as the investigation continues.
