On January 22, 2012 at approximately 0246 hours, TFC S. Murphy was patrolling southbound MD Route 5, north of Oliver Shop Road when he observed a red BMW cross the solid yellow line on two occasions. TFC Murphy stopped the vehicle and made contact with the driver, Brannon Mickeal Ramgett, 23 years of La Plata, MD. Ramgeet was arrested and charged with possession of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
