A victim on Side Saddle Trail in Lusby reported to Dep. M.A. Jones of the Calvert County Sheriffโ€™s Officer that an unknown person had loosened 5 lug nuts on his front driverโ€™s side wheel and 3 lug nuts on the front passenger side wheel of his vehicle.

He advised that it must have happened sometime between 7 p.m. on April 6 and 4 a.m. on April 7.
While on his way to work, the victim stated that his front wheel almost came off which damaged the wheel.ย  The damage is estimated at $600.

Sometime between 8 p.m. April 12 and the following morning, two buildings under construction at 485 Main Street in Prince Frederick had their windows broken.

Dep. William Milam of the Calvert County Sheriffโ€™s Officer met with the complainant, who stated that the damage is estimated at $800.

At 11:18 a.m. April 8, Dep. S. Brown of the Calvert County Sheriffโ€™s Office responded to the Southern Community Center, located at 20 Appeal Lane in Lusby for a report of damaged property.

The victim stated that he entered the Community Center that day at 10:05 a.m. and when he returned to his vehicle at 11:09 a.m. he noticed that his driverโ€™s side front window was broken. He said no objects were stolen from inside the vehicle. The damage is estimated at $200.

At 3:30 a.m. April 22, TPR Bigham of the Prince Frederick trooper barrack responded to a residence on Virginia Ave., Prince Frederick, for a destruction of property complaint.

The officer observed damage to two windows and the siding.

Investigation led to the arrest of Chance Canon Negy, 18, of Prince Frederick, for destruction of property. After processing, he was transported to the CCDC to await a commissionerโ€™s hearing.

At 11:25 a.m. April 13, TFC T. Quade of the Leonardtown responded to the 22000 block of Sara Court, Great Mills, for a reported destruction of property.

Investigation revealed that the windshield, of the victimโ€™s vehicle, had been smashed by a large rock.

At 10:30 a.m. April 21, TFC R. Rezza of the Leonardtown trooper barrack responded to the 29000 block of Three Notch Road, Mechanicsville, for a reported theft.

Investigation revealed that 11 Frasier Photinia plants (ornamental bushes with oval, waxy green leaves approximately 3โ€ x 1โ€ in size) had been pulled out of the ground and taken. Estimated loss: $220.

At 10:51 April 18, Officer J. Timko of the Charles County Sheriffโ€™s Office responded to a residence in the 2500 block of Hatteras Circle in Waldorf for the report of theft and property destruction.

Sometime between 11:30 p.m. April 17 and 10:30 a.m. April 18, suspects shattered the front passenger window of a 1995 Dodge Neon and stole a pink makeup bag from inside the vehicle. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the Charles County Sheriffโ€™s Office at 301-932-7777.

Sometime between 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. April 11, suspects damaged the garage of a residence in the 5100 block of Shawe Place in Waldorf. The suspects used unknown means to bend the top panel of the garage inward, causing more than $500 in damage.
