On Feb. 24, at 12:25 a.m., Marquis Lamont Berry, 22 of Great Mills, was arrested by TFC R. Rezza for possession of a concealed deadly weapon.
Berry was operating a white Buick Regal on north bound Patuxent Beach Road when he stopped to the rear of TFC Rezza’s cruiser prior to the Governor Thomas Johnson Bridge. TFC Rezza made contact with the driver, Berry, and was found to be in possession of a deadly weapon, known as Brass Knuckles.
Berry was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
