CHESAPEAKE BEACH, Md. — The Calvert County Chamber of Commerce will host the 12th Annual W2W Regional Summit on Aug. 19, 2026. The summit will be held at the Rod ‘N’ Reel Resort in Chesapeake Beach, Maryland.
The summit is open to women who want to share knowledge and ideas with other professional women while learning new techniques to nurture growth on a personal and professional level. Whatever your aspirations, the summit’s panel of speakers will deliver an impactful experience with inspirations, intuitions and influences.
The theme for this year’s event is “Generation W2W: The NEW Framework, Acknowledging Noble Traditions, Embracing Perspectives with a Welded Purpose.” The summit is presented by Rod ‘N’ Reel Resort.
The keynote speaker will be Tamika Tremaglio of Secretariat Advisors LLC. She is the Global Leader of Secretariat’s Global Sports Consulting practice, combining more than 30 years of unique sports industry leadership with business transformation expertise.
Tremaglio is known for her strategic vision, deep industry knowledge and ability to drive prolific change. She has advised Fortune 500 companies and organizations in the professional services, sports, media and entertainment industries and has consistently delivered results across domains.
Prior to joining Secretariat Advisors LLC, she was the Executive Director of the National Basketball Players Association and retired as the Managing Principal of Deloitte’s Greater Washington practice.
Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. Lunch is included in the registration fee of $110 through June 30 and $125 after June 30. Attendees must register in advance, and no walk-ins can be accommodated.
