Calvert Hospice will offer a grief workshop to address coping with grief during the holidays. This one day program will be held Wednesday, November 5, 2014 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Burnett Calvert Hospice House located at 4559 Sixes Road in Prince Frederick.
The following topics will be discussed:
- Understanding our need for mourning in healthy, hopeful ways
- Setting and communicating realistic goals and expectations
- Practical ideas and resources to experience or share with others
