On March 10, at 1:35 a.m., Trooper Lewis stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Route 4 at MF Bowen Road in Prince Frederick.
The driver, Michael Mc Nulty, 19 of Prince Frederick, was placed under arrest for driving under the influence.
A search revealed he was in possession of marijuana.
He was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
