On Jan. 21, at 8:40 p.m., Trooper Laziuck stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Route 2 near Dalrymple Road in Sunderland. A search of the vehicle and driver revealed several Adderall and Methylphenidate pills.
The driver, Donna L. Mercilliott, 46 of Owings, was placed under arrest and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
