On Feb. 5, the victim reported Nathan Thomas Mills, 20 of Hollywood, took her 2003 Subaru without permission while she was sleeping. The victim did not give Mills permission to use her vehicle because she believed Mills’ driver’s license was suspended.
On Feb. 6, Nathan Mills returned the vehicle. The victim contacted the Sheriff’s Office and Mills was arrested for un-authorized use of a motor vehicle and theft
