Each year the Charles County Arts Alliance (CCAA) awards $1,000 scholarships to one outstanding graduating senior from each high school in Charles County and one graduating student from the College of Southern Maryland, who plan to continue studying the arts (performing, visual or literary) at a four-year college or university.
The completed application and all required documentation must be postmarked by noon, Feb.28, and mailed to CCAA, PO Box 697, White Plains, MD 20695.
