Charles County Bans Open Fires June 1 thru Sept. 1

The Charles County Commissioners and the Division of Environmental Health of the Charles County Health Department wish to remind County residents that there is a ban on open fires from June 1 – Sept. 1.

There are special exceptions for agricultural operations, and open fires for recreational purposes such as campfires and cooking of food.
