Charles County flag shall be flown at half-staff as a mark of respect for the memory of James “Jimmy” Rye

The Charles County flag shall be flown at half-staff as a mark of respect for the memory of James “Jimmy” Rye who served 60 years at the Nanjemoy Volunteer Fire Department. The flag will be lowered to half-staff sunrise on November 13, 2019 until sunset on November 14, 2019.

Funeral arrangements announced
