Cobb Island in Charles County is definitely one of Maryland’s lucky Racetrax spots! A Charles County man came to Maryland Lottery headquarters in Baltimore on Friday, March 21, to claim two February Racetrax wins that total $65,389.
The senior citizen won $38,469 playing the computer-animated, horse-racing game on Feb. 23 and $26,920 playing the ponies on Feb. 15.
