Collins, II, Esq. ordered the Charles County flag to be lowered to half-staff effective immediately and returned to full-staff at sunset on TBD to honor former Commissioner ( 1994-2005), former House Delegate (2005 – 2007) William Daniel Mayer who passed away last night, May 3, 2026.Â
