LA PLATA, Md. – Commissioner President Reuben B. Collins, II, Esq. has ordered Charles County flag to be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset, on Wednesday, Feb. 13, in honor of past Waldorf Volunteer Fire Department Deputy Chief Paul Purcell, who served Charles County residents with distinction for more than 14 years.
