St. Mary’s Bureau of Criminal Investigation Narcotics Detectives, assisted by the sheriff’s Emergency Services Team, executed a search and seizure warrant in the Charlotte Hall area.
The search warrant was as a result of a two month long investigation whereas the residence was identified as a location for the sale of crack cocaine.
Approximately $500 worth of cocaine, numerous items of paraphernalia, more than $4,800 in cash and a 1995 Ford van were seized, police report.
Several persons were inside the residence and found to be in possession of either cocaine, paraphernalia or both and charged accordingly:
David Jerome Woodland, 38, of Mechanicsville
Manuel John Wilson, 50, of Mechanicsville
Angelo Pickeral, 45, of Charlotte Hall
Richard Isaac White, 34, of Bryan’s Rd Maryland
Vickey Dorthen Edlen, 39, of Charlotte Hall
James Edward Scriber, 48, of Charlotte Hall
Angelo Cordidelia Pickeral, 45, of Charlotte Hall
Additional charges are pending a Grand Jury and State’s Attorney review.
