At approximately 1:50 p.m. on May 14, deputies responded to a residence in Patuxent Homes, Lexington Park.
A juvenile boy, the victims’ son had pointed a handgun at the victims and told them he was going to kill them.
The boy was arrested by Dfc. Brian Connelly without incident. A petition request was completed charging two counts of First Degree Assault. He was placed in the custody of juvenile authorities pending a hearing.
