On Feb. 26 at 3:13 a.m., Cpl. Richard Wilson observed a passenger in the parking lot of the Prince Frederick 7-11 convenience store, located at 15 Solomons Island Road, holding an open bottle of beer.
He issued a citation for possession of an alcoholic beverage on the ground of a privately owned retail establishment to Nathaniel Carlton Jones, 29 of Lusby.
