At 1 am on Wednesday, October 11, TFC Nims observed two men standing in front of a closed business in the Millison Plaza in Lexington Park.
Upon contact with the subjects, a pat down was conducted. A smoking device, containing cocaine, was recovered from Thomas Raymond Banks, 50, of Lexington Park. Mr. Banks was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine. He was taken to the detention center and held pending a bond review.
