On Wednesday, March 20, the Charles County Commissioners joined the Charles County Board of Education for a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the new additions and renovations at the F.B. Gwynn Educational Center in La Plata, Md.
The Commissioners presented a Charles County Seal to students, teachers and administrators from the Gwynn Center.
