At 6 p.m. Nov. 8, Charles County Sheriff’s Officer M. Davidson conducted a traffic stop in the 6800 block of Indian Head Highway in Bryans Road for speeding.
Investigation revealed the driver, Michael Harmon Mosely, 31, of Baden, was in possession of a handgun and several prescription drugs listed to other people.
Mosely was arrested and charged with possession of a handgun and possession of other dangerous drugs.
