On August 28, at 1:33 p.m., Trooper Wyer stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Route 4 at Route 231 in Prince Frederick.
Summer L. West, 24 of Lusby, was arrested and charged with possession of needles and syringes she had stolen from Calvert Memorial Hospital.
She was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
