On March 1, Corporal J. Kirkner responded the Sun Trust Bank in California, for a report of a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot.
Cpl. Kirkner located the vehicle and identified the occupants. Howard Lee Perkins, 56 of Lusby, was the front passenger of the vehicle. A computer check of Perkins indicated an active Protective Order against Perkins. The Protective Order was issued and served on Perkins on February 27, 2010 ordering no contact with the protected person named in the order. Further check showed the protected person was the driver of the suspicious vehicle.
Perkins was arrested for violating the conditions of the Protective Order
