At 12:15 p.m. June 5, TFC P. Trossbach of the Leonardtown barrack stopped a vehicle on Route 5 at Route 243, Leonardtown, for having a cracked windshield.
Upon contact with the driver, Daniel Joseph Frome, 24, of Cockeysville, an odor of burnt marijuana was detected. A probable cause search was conducted.
Located in his pants pocket was a container of marijuana. Frome was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of CDS paraphernalia. He was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held pending a bond hearing.
