Lexington Park, MD – At 6:30 p.m. reports from the scene stated portions of the roadway in both directions has reopened. Southern Maryland Electric Cooperative has removed the wires from the road.
Lexington Park, MD – At 5:22 p.m. St. Mary’s County reported a motor vehicle crash on Three Notch Road and Hermanville Road. The crash involving a pickup truck, which struck a power pole, resulted in live wires in the roadway. Motorists should avoid the area until further notice.
St. Mary’s County authorities reported Three Notch Road is closedbetween Melissa Moore Lane and Southampton Drive.
