The Calvert Investigative Team took over the numerous thefts from vehicle cases which plagued Calvert County from Prince Frederick to Lusby from March till July.

The thieves went to areas with open parking lots; Cover Point Park, church parking lots, and shopping center parking lots are just a few areas the suspects targeted. They smashed vehicle windows; once they gained access to the interior of the vehicle they took anything left behind by the victims. This included purses, cds, gym bags and brief cases.
Through investigation the suspects were identified as Lindsay Mister, 21 year old Caucasian female from Lusby, Marecus Waul, 31 year old African American male from Lusby and Corinna Jones, a 31 year old Caucasian female from Prince Frederick. Search warrants were executed at the suspects’ residences and numerous stolen items were recovered. Mister and Waul are currently still incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center. Jones was released on bond.
Two suspects are still at large, Amber Spell and Donte Gross. The criminal ring included six suspects in total. Jennifer Quinn, from Pennsylvania was apprehended in St. Mary’s County where she is still incarcerated.
