At 3 a.m. Nov. 26, units from the Maryland State Police Prince Frederick barrack and Calvert County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Town Center Amoco store on Town Center Blvd.in Dunkirk, for an active burglary alarm.
Trp. Bennett arrived to find a bobcat front-end loader crashed into the wall of the business. Dep. D. Denton discovered the Bobcat was possibly stolen from a nearby construction site. No entry was made to the building.
This case remains under investigation by Det. Joe Angle of the Calvert Investigative Team.
