Kelly Branson
North Beach, MD— On November 16, 2016, at approximately 11:30am, Dfc. R. Kreps observed Kelly Branson, 27, of North Beach, near the entrance to the MVA, in Prince Frederick, and was aware she had an active warrant.
Upon placing Ms. Branson under arrest for the warrant, a search of her person yielded a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) in her wallet. The CDS was not in a prescription container to verify Ms. Branson had a prescription for the drug.
She was transported to the Detention Center and charged with CDS: Possession of a Synthetic narcotic (Suboxone).
