Delegate John L. Bohanan Jr. officially filed his candidacy today for re-election to the Maryland House of Delegates representing District 29B in St. Mary’s County.
“I am pleased to officially announce my candidacy for re-election to the Maryland House of Delegates,” said Delegate John Bohanan. “I am honored to represent the people of District 29B and will continue to fight so the voices of all St. Mary’s County citizens can be heard in Annapolis.
I look forward to continuing to work for the people of St. Mary’s County to ensure that their government always has their best interests in mind,” added Bohanan. “It is critical that our local economy thrives and we provide our children with the best resources to succeed as we work toward our county’s future.”
Delegate John Bohanan has represented District 29B in the Maryland House of Delegates since 1999. He serves on the Appropriations Committee and serves as Chair of the Education & Economic Development Subcommittee and House Chair of the Spending & Affordability Committee.
