RIDGE, Md. — One person was injured Friday evening, May 8, 2026, in a hit-and-run crash that left a vehicle in the roadway along Three Notch Road.
Fire and EMS crews were dispatched around 5:38 p.m. to the area of 16531 Three Notch Road near the intersection of Portneys Overlook Road and Bennett Drive for a motor vehicle collision involving injuries.
Initial reports indicate the crash involved a hit-and-run, with one vehicle remaining in the roadway. One person was reported injured.
Multiple emergency units responded to the scene.
The incident remains active as crews work to clear the roadway and investigate the crash.
