Senior Citizens, age 60 and older, are invited to enjoy the following trips planned specifically for them. Registrations for senior trips are accepted at the Department of Community Services in Port Tobacco and the Richard R. Clark Senior Center in La Plata. The Charles County Department of Community Services offers many trips and tours throughout the calendar year—bus trips, overnight trips, as well as “Fly Away” trips in which you travel to far away destinations such as Bermuda, Australia, and more.

Happy Days are here again with Richie, Potsie, Ralph Malph and the unforgettable King of Cool…Arthur “The Fonz” Fonzarelli at Toby’s Dinner Theatre in Columbia, Maryland. Based on the hit Paramount Pictures television series, Happy Days – A New Musical reintroduces one of America’s best loved family, the Cunninghams. Dreamgirls
Dreamgirls, showing at Toby’s Dinner Theatre in Baltimore, Maryland, is a show about an important musical contribution to America from rhythm and blues to disco. We were screaming at Elvis, listening to the Beatles but dancing to the new beat of countless girl groups like The Supremes, The Marvalettes, The Shirelles and The Temptations. This musical also tells the story of singers making it from Harlem to Hollywood and the reality of the entertainment industry that made this cultural phenomenon possible. Trip Date: Thursday, September 15. Registration Deadline: August 11. Trip Fee: $82 per person.
