On September 1 at 6:01 p.m., Dep. James Norton conducted a traffic stop on northbound Md. Route 4 at Calvert Cliffs State Park in Lusby and determined that the driver, later identified as Travis Oneil Johnson, 24 of Lusby, was in possession of drug paraphernalia.
Johnson was charged with possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, a digital scale.
