On January 7, 2010 at 2:25 a.m., Tpr. S. M. Ditoto responded to the Sheetz on Three Notch Road in Great Mills for a reported disturbance outside of the establishment.
Upon arrival, Tpr. Ditoto observed a male subject, later identified as Philip Anthony Johnson, 29, of Great Mills in front of the store yelling profanities at other citizens. Johnson was found to be a disruption to the area and ultimately placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct. He was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
