On Nov. 13, at 7:47 p.m., Trooper Bender responded to the Safeway in Prince Frederick for a reported disorderly person.
Maurice F. Jacks, 47 of Dunkirk, was charged with Public Intoxication, Disorderly Conduct and Second-Degree Assault.
Jacks was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
