On February 13 at 1:10 a.m., Dep. James Norton observed a large crowd in front of the Greene Turtle Restaurant located at 98 Solomons Island Road in Prince Frederick and saw a male being held back by other people while he was hollering.
The male walked away from the crowd but returned, yelling and kicked a support pole in front of the restaurant. Dep. Norton advised the subject to stop cursing and leave the premises but he yelled profanities.
Killian Ryan McCarthy, 23 of Port Republic, was placed under arrest and charged with disorderly conduct.
