On January 30, at 3 a.m., Timothy Wren, Jr., 20 of Lexington Park, was arrested by Tpr. J. S. Gibson for Disorderly Conduct and Failing to Obey Lawful Order.
Tpr. Gibson responded to a disturbance in the area of South Shangri La Drive and Missouri Avenue in Lexington Park. Upon arrival, Wren was acting in a disorderly manner by yelling obscenities at the officers. He was asked several times to be quiet and leave the area and refused.
Wren was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
