On May 26, at 5 p.m., Tpr. J. S. Gibson responded to the 49000 block of Halsey Court in California for a reported fight in progress.
Upon arrival, contact was made with suspected participant in the fight, Alan James Lincoln, 18 of California. Lincoln advised he was involved in a verbal dispute with a male subject. Lincoln became disorderly and was placed under arrest by Tpr. Gibson but continued to resist attempts to detain him. Lincoln was handcuffed and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center.
Lincoln was charged accordingly and will be held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
