On Nov. 25, Deputy Heather Allen responded to Walmart in California, for a disturbance. According to witnesses, a woman told a passersby that she was trying to get into her car. However, the real owners of the car came out and told her she was trying to get into the wrong car. The woman began arguing and the police were called.
While attempting to investigate the cause of the disturbance, Shannon L. Jones, 39 of Hughesville, was uncooperative and failed to stop yelling after being directed to stop.
Jones was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct and released to the custody of the St. Mary’s County Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
