LEXINGTON PARK, Md. – On September 28, 2018, DFC. Tirpak responded to Lancaster Park located on Willows Road, in Lexington Park, for a large disturbance. 

Upon arrival DFC. Tirpk was escorting the parties involved in the disturbance out of the park.  Demonie Lashae Ford, age 18 of Lexington Park, refused to leave the premises, and continued to yell and cause a disturbance. 

Ford continued yelling and cursing, and her behavior interfered with patrons there watching football games with children.  Deputies attempted to place Ford under arrest, at which time she pulled away from officers, refused to allow herself to be handcuffed.  Ford was ultimately placed under arrest and refused to be placed into a patrol vehicle and ultimately kicked a deputy. 

Ford was placed in the police vehicle and transported to the detention center where she was charged with the following, Disorderly Conduct, Resist Arrest, Assault Second Degree- LE Officer, Assault 2nd Degree, and an outstanding warrant for Assault was also served on Ford.  CASE# 51841-18
