On Sept. 29, at midnight, Charles County Sheriff’s officers responded to Lamont’s at 4410 Livingston Road in Indian Head after receiving a call from employees who reported a disorderly customer refusing to leave the premises.
Upon arrival, officers asked the woman, Felicia Johnson, 22 of Pomfret, to leave. Johnson refused and continued acting disorderly.
Officers arrested Johnson and placed her in the back seat of a Sheriff’s Office vehicle where she kicked a rear passenger window with her feet, shattering it.
Johnson was charged with disorderly conduct, destruction of property and resisting arrest.
