On December 11, Corporal J Molitor responded to Columbus Drive for a report of an assault.
Investigation revealed Billie Ann Perez, 31 of Lexington Park, was involved in a verbal dispute which escalated into a physical assault when Perez punched the victim in the mouth.
Perez was charged with second-degree assault.
