On August 16 at 5:32 p.m., Tpr. G. A. Thompson responded to the 45000 block of Jay Dee Court in Lexington Park for the reported Disturbance.
Tpr. Thompson arrived on the scene and made contact with the female complainant, 66 of Lexington Park. She advised, she and the suspect, Bernard Luther Williams, 54 of Lexington Park, were outside the residence when Williams began yelling and throwing things at the victim. Williams went inside the residence where he broke out the living room window and a lamp.
Williams was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
