On January 22, Deputy M Rodgers responded to a residence of Springsteen Court in Lexington Park, for a report of a domestic assault in progress.
Mark Anthony Thomas, 25 of Lexington Park, was engaged in a verbal dispute with the victim which escalated into a physical assault when Thomas punched the victim in the face.
Thomas was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.
