K-9 Deputy Todd Fleenor conducted a vehicle stop in off of Great Mills Road and found that the suspect, George Norman Hill Jr. (Age 23 of California, Md.) was intoxicated.
Deputy Fleenor’s K-9 partner, “Darzan” completed a scan of the vehicle. A positive alert was indicated and inside the vehicle was a quantity of marijuana in a plastic soap holder.
Suspect Hill was charged accordingly.
